The Mentorship Experience is an 8 week fast track group program for girls ages 13-16 whose life circumstances do not permit them the opportunity to participate in traditional mentorship programs. The objective of the program is to assist at-risk girls struggling to navigate womanhood without proper guidance by planting seeds of direction, hope, and truth through a coordinated yet nontraditional series of high-quality activities and learning experiences as they read through and study the self-help book Little Girl Listen.
